A Garden for Celebration Across Life’s Seasons

This Franklin Lakes homeowner came to me with a vision: as she approached retirement, she wanted a garden she could truly care for—something meaningful, colorful, and full of life. I designed a vibrant, deer-resistant garden that would be ready just in time for her celebration. At its heart stands a red-twig dogwood for year-round interest, surrounded by native perennials like Agastache and Coreopsis verticillata for long-lasting color and pollinator appeal. Accents of Euphorbia and Allium add texture and whimsy, making this garden not just party-ready, but a lasting source of joy in every season.
