A Path to Native Landscape Restoration

A Woodland Slope Garden for the Ecosystem

We transformed this barren slope into a garden full of young native perennials. Some of the plants already used in this design include native rhododendron, mountain laurel, golden ragwort, a variety of native ferns, aster, blue mist flower, native sedges and more. Our intent is to install native species that will spread and fill in the space, while adding a charming bluestone path. This project is still a work in progress, so updated photos are soon to come!
